Enjoy a weekly morning walk combined with bodyweight exercises along the Williamstown foreshore with 3Minds Managing Director and Williamstown local, Christine Thornton and 3Minds Wellness Consultant, Rikki-Lee Hodge.

We’re more than just a walking group… We walk (briskly) and talk, and incorporate exercise stops along the way to keep everyone together, spike the heart rate, build up a bit of a sweat and strengthen the muscles.

All sessions provide alternative exercises making them accessible to all fitness levels and suitable for adults of all ages.
