Transforming the culture of workplaces to ensure safety, wellbeing, and productivity

Our lived experience consultants work with business leaders and organisations to build capacity and support the workplace environment for people of diverse experiences and backgrounds.

 

Recent research is showing a growing correlation between acceptance of diversity and economic productivity. Our experience has shown that workers who experience a sense of belonging regardless of their diversity are more productive and have greater capacity to excel in their work environments.

 

Our lived experience consultants are consultants with personal experience of the effects of identifying with mental ill health and diversity in their workplace and who have developed innovative measures to assess and support positive change to workplace culture.

 

3Minds lived experience consulting comes with a variety of packages, ranging from updating policy manuals to a complete workplace assessment, training and strategic plan for mental health, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. Sam Jones

With major passion, enthusiasm and drive for change, Sam works in youth homelessness as a Peer Worker, advocates for LGBTQIA matters and neurodiversity in the workplace. Sam has extensive experience working in mental health and is an expert in lived experience co-design.
