The 3Minds Community is where friendships are made and healthy lifestyles are encouraged. Being out in nature, enjoying the beauty of a morning sunrise, getting your body moving and connecting with wholesome people is what we are all about.

 

The 3Minds Community are here to support your wellness journey, meeting you at whatever point you are at, helping you achieve your health goals and celebrating those milestones with you!

  1. Community and Connection: Being a part of our family means that you are never alone on your wellness journey. We aim to connect people from diverse backgrounds, share life experiences and build meaningful, wholesome friendships. If you are in pursuit of self-improvement, you’ll be right at home here.

We are here to help create consistency, holding each other accountable for showing up, because we know the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and we want that for each of you – the opportunity to enjoy a good quality of life, for many years.

  3. Goal Variety: We are all at different fitness levels, with different health goals. Some might be training for a 5km run, others are looking for a way to de-stress. Whatever it is, 3Minds Wellness Community accommodates them all and we encourage you to set and pursue your own goals.

  4. Mental and Physical Wellbeing: Walking is a low-impact exercise offering numerous cardiovascular and meditative benefits, while body weight and short bursts of high intensity exercises helps to strengthen muscles, build balance and improve fitness.

 

At the end of the day, your health and fitness will need to be a priority if you want to see changes and improve on your quality of life. And we want to help you on this journey, by:

  1. Creating consistency, 

  2. building mental resilience and; 

  3. growing self-discipline to prioritise these needs… alongside friends.

Williamstown beach walk every Thursday morning @ 6:00am - 7:00am starting October 5, 2023.

Enjoy a weekly morning walk along the Williamstown foreshore with 3Minds Managing Director and Williamstown local, Christine Thornton and 3Minds Wellness Consultant, Rikki-Lee Hodge.

What we do at 3Minds Walking?

 

We’re more than just a walking group… We walk (briskly) and talk, and incorporate exercise stops along the way to keep everyone together, spike the heart rate, build up a bit of a sweat and strengthen the muscles.

​

We connect once a week every Thursday mornings at 6:00am, where we cover about 4-5km and perform various body weight movements.
