Service Description
3Minds Yoga-lates is a combination of yoga, pilates and movement. Every session will incorporate elements of each of the disciplines. Strength, flexibility, functional movement patterns, balance and core development is the name of the game here. Low impact does not necessarily mean low-cardio. A fast-paced yoga flow session, a core focused pilates session, or a body-weight movement session will get the heart rate up too. This form of exercise is great on its own and as a cross-training activity to supplement any other training that you are doing on the side. Bring your mat and let's enjoy a sunset together.
