Service Description
If you have a body, you are an athlete in your own right. Running can be daunting, and many avoid it completely. But running offers so many benefits and the 3Minds Run Club wants everyone to have the option to feel comfortable enough to at least try. Guided by wellness coach and running enthusiast, Rikki-Lee, the 3Minds Run Group offers a safe and engaging space for all running types. The ‘Couch to 5km’ 8 week program will be kicking off in the beginning of 2024. So whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to get back into your running training, come along and prep for the challenge. We gradually build on your fitness levels with 45-60 minute structured walk, run intervals once a week.
